I don't post as often as I should, but wanted to send a praise to God for His recent significant provision for 6 families who were/are in particular last minute need of grant funds so they can travel to bring their children home.
But on the flip side of that praise is a PLEA...for the other committed families who were not chosen for that grant and who are all still in urgent need of financial assistance. www.reecesrainbow.org/sponsor_a_family.html We have 70+ families in progress in Ukraine alone! And dozens more in countries such as Russia, Bulgaria, China, and Serbia, to name a few.
Much focus is placed on grant donations for the children in need of families, but I don't want the brave families who have taken a leap of faith to be forgotten either. Hope you will choose a family, regardless of what stage of the process they are in...advocate for them on your blogs, give for them if you're able, and watch those gifts transform the life of a child in need.
