Simon is just a little ray of sunshine! He is 4 years old now, with platinum blond hair and big blue eyes. He is a constantly happy child, just as most children with Down syndrome are. He does have a heart condition, which may or may not require surgery. He is considered lower functioning, and is TINY for his age. He is very much still a baby, and not walking at this time.
