October 31- Leah

Isn't she stunning? Leah is just 6 months old and is absolutely beautiful! As with the previous few days' posts, we are so blessed to finally have some children referred from this country. Country fees have been reduced by $14k and income requirements reduced as well!! Orphanage care is outstanding in comparison to other countries. The children are very well loved and cared for here. But it is still never the same as having a loving family of their own, and the advantages of being raised in the United States.
